Can I order additional retouching on images?

Absolutely! I am happy to offer additional retouching options for portraits and headshots at a per-image rate of $50.

What forms of payments do you accept?

Payment is due on or before the day of the shoot. Pre-booking for shoots can be paid for by credit card or Paypal directly through the BOOKING page on my site. I can also accept cash or credit cards directly in person.

How many images will I get from a session?

For Portrait Sessions, you will get at least 25 high resolution images shot and processed in my signature style, with one image retouched. You can get additional images retouched at $50/image.

For Headshot Sessions, you will receive a gallery of web-resolution images from which you can select 1 image for retouching and high-resolution download. Additional high-resolution finished images are available at $50 per finished image.

Can I get prints done through you?

Yes! Prints can be ordered directly through your private online gallery and shipped directly to you or downloaded in high-resolution to print at the lab of your choice. I also have partnerships with various printing suppliers around the world, so be sure to inquire about other print products including: canvas, metal, acrylic mounts, apparel, and much more!

When I get in front of the camera I panic. What should I do?

First, you should relax! You are in good hands. I have worked with many people with many different looks and comfort levels in front of the camera. I will direct you to get your best angles, and I guarantee we have something in common that we can have an interesting conversation about that will put you at ease and looking your best in front of the camera.

You will also receive a pdf guide after your booking confirmation that you can read to help prepare you to be your best for our shooting day. Don't worry, I've got you covered!

Do I have to book through the scheduler?

Nope! The scheduler is there to streamline your booking experience and secure your spot, but if talking to a live human is your thing, feel free to email me, call, or use the chat feature in the bottom right.

Why are your prices set in USD?

I am often on the road and shoot in different countries. USD makes the most sense to simplify the currency conversion and process for the most clients.

How long will you keep my files for?

I will keep your files for a minumum of 7 years (likely much longer), so you can feel free to order prints or access images from an older session at your convenience.

Do you shoot weddings?

I do shoot weddings! I only take limited wedding bookings each year. I shoot a lot of events in Tokyo, and my wedding style is much like my event style. I will capture all of the key decisive moments of the preperation, ceremony, formals, bridal party,and reception in addition to all of the detail shots and candids that really tell the story of your special day. I shoot events and weddings with fast prime lenses which also helps to give a distinctive look.
